Relber offers you the possibility of returning the products, as long as:
- It was purchased directly through www.relber.com
- You are within a period of 30 calendar days from when you made the purchase.
- The products are in perfect condition. With its labels and packaging in good condition.
CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
Yes. You can request the cancellation of your order as long as it has not been processed. That is, although the payment has been made, the order has not left our facilities.

DO YOU HAVE SHIPPING COSTS?
Relber will bear the costs of returns , as long as:
- This is a collection scheduled by Relber. In the event that the client manages the shipment, he or she will assume all costs.
- This is the first return of your order.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY MONEY?
Once the return process begins and the product arrives at our facilities, the items will be reviewed. After verifying that they are in perfect condition and have not suffered any damage, the corresponding financial amount will be refunded within a maximum period of 10 working days.
