WHERE CAN I SEND MY INFORMATION TO REQUEST A SPONSORSHIP?
You can send us all the information, data, dossier, etc. to relber@relber.com and our marketing department will evaluate your proposal.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO KNOW THE REPLACEMENT DATE OF A PRODUCT?
We always try to have the widest possible stock levels, but on some occasions and due to an increase in demand, this may not be available. Relber cannot guarantee an exact restocking date, but you can subscribe to a notification so we can automatically inform you as soon as we have availability.
I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER CORRECTLY AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CONFIRMATION EMAIL.
If you have successfully placed your order and have not received an email, please contact our customer service team to make sure it has been placed correctly.
CAN ANY PRODUCT BE RETURNED?

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel the order in case the order has not been shipped. Please contact us by email at relber@relber.com as soon as possible to cancel.
WHEN WILL I RECIVE MY ORDER?
You will receive a notification from MRW by SMS, informing you that the order has shipped and you will be able to track it.
